Community
Keswick, Ontario is the largest urban community within the Town of Georgina making up over half of Georgina's population of approximately 46,000 with its current population of almost 30,000. Keswick offers shopping, waterfront facilities and agriculture attractions. During the 1980's the area was considered "cottage country" and the feeling remains a part of the community's culture. With development and infrastructure improvements, the area has become a "bedroom community" for Newmarket and Toronto (less than 1-hour drive).
